Josiah West
Josiah started his career as a CNC Machinist in the Aerospace industry. As the youngest son of a Black Nurse and Auto working father. Finding his calling he quickly progressed and developed into a industry renowned Manufacturing Process Engineer. with the aid of his beliefs, sacrifice and hard work He completed several engineering degrees. Became a lifetime member of the National Society of Black Engineers. Focused on outreach and building generational wealth. What started as a hobby as grown into a small family business.
